Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy only for products purchased directly from blysscare.com. Returns are accepted only if the product remains unopened and the original packaging is fully sealed. If the box is opened or the seal is broken, the item is non-returnable.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging (restocking fee $30). Customers who purchased using Klarna will be exempt from any restocking fees.

We do not accept returns from third-party sellers or opened/used items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately. We will accept returns of damaged devices, but they are subject to a 30-day inspection period to confirm the issue was not caused by customer misuse.
If approved, you’ll receive either a replacement or a refund. If customer damage is confirmed, the return will be denied, and the item returned to you.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, submit a return request for your original product. Once your return is approved and received, you may place a new order.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at hello@blysscare.com.
