Shipping policy

At Blyss Care, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.


Where We Ship

Blyss Care currently ships within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.


Shipping Options

We offer two domestic shipping methods:

Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days)

  • Free on orders over $99

  • $49 for orders under $99

Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days)

  • Flat rate: $49

  • Available for all orders (optional upgrade)


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Sunday (excluding national holidays). During peak periods (e.g., holidays, launches), processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via major U.S. carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Blyss Care will select the most efficient and secure method for your delivery.


Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at blyssmiami@gmail.com. We will do our best to adjust the address before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot change the destination address.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet the stated delivery windows, external factors such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or service disruptions may occasionally affect shipping times. If your order is delayed by more than 10 business days from the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our support team.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email blyssmiami@gmail.com before 7:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order is placed. Please include your order number and contact information.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may instead return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.


Multiple Item Orders

We do our best to ship all items in your order together. However, in some cases, items may ship separately depending on warehouse location or carrier optimization.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. You may also contact us if you haven’t received tracking within 3 days of your purchase.
